PATH

PATH is underground walkway in Toronto. The first underground path in Toronto was constructed in 1900 when, but they have grown in importance in 1970’s.
Each letter in PATH has a different colour and represents a direction. The P is red and shows south, the A is orange and shows west, the T is blue and directs to the north and the yellow H shows east.
According to Guinness World Records, it is the largest underground shopping complex, 28 km (17 miles) long, with 371,600 sq. metres of retail space. PATH connects more then 50 buildings, 20 parking garages, subway stations, major hotels and some popular tourist and entertainment attractions such as CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, The City Hall and others.
